Dr. Ursula Glunk – Academic Director

Ursula Glunk holds a Master's degree in Psychology from the University of Mannheim and received her PhD in Organization Studies from Tilburg University. From 1999 to 2013 she worked as an Assistant and later Associate Professor in Organizational Behavior at Maastricht University's School of Business and Economics, focusing mainly on the topics of team management and leadership. With her strong interest in personal development, learning facilitation and educational innovation, her career moved naturally towards education management. At Maastricht University she coordinated courses, programs, and innovative learning trajectories at undergraduate, graduate, and postgraduate level. In 2013 she moved to Zeppelin University where she was responsible for managing a new leadership institute and for developing two executive Master programs. She furthermore served as (interim) executive director of Zeppelin University Professional School.

As Academic Director, Ursula Glunk heads the teaching team and plans and oversees all teaching activities at UCF. Together with Paul Sterzel, she is responsible for the daily affairs and further development of the College.

Dr. Glunk left UCF in March 2022.
